Since our subconscious minds incessantly wander, solving problems along their way, my new approach to higher performance is to plant seeds for mental germination.
In the evening, I ask myself: What can I do right now that will make tomorrow the best day it can be?
Although a call to action in the present moment, this prompt moves my subconscious into action as well. I’ve noticed that in the mornings after this inquiry, regardless of whether I was able to take all the physical actions I desired to take the night before, I move with a calm determination, certain of my direction that day.
